rain rain

its been so rainy this fall, here's the view from my studio desk, good thing I have a little lamp to shed some light on these gray days.

finally the sun came out.

This weekend was the dumbo arts festival. I set up my studio like this photo below, some new drawings and some old ones. a collage of sorts

and these two photos are of my preschoolers art work! we are learning the color red so we made red roses. how pretty. and this one below was my personal favorite created by a little girl named tiffany. no tissue paper JUST tape. cool!

these new drawings are some collages I am working on. trying to get ready for a couple open houses and wanted to put some new work up. These are inspired by my trip to Bali.

cut and paste

I have been cutting into old drawings reusing old fabric and putting it all back together again in a new format.

more space

switching to blogger instead of iweb for my blog from now on, I need more space to explain where I'm at these days...
